We Do Feet
I received my training and certification to be a Foot Zone Therapy Practitioner through We Do Feet Seminars. During a nine month course I studied anatomy and physiology, energy work, therapeutic essential oil use, and of course the map of reflexology points found on the feet. There are four zones on the feet with distinct points that connect to the rest of the body.
Possible Effects from Footzoning
Change in sleep patterns – sleep becomes deeper and calmer or dreams become more active.
Some clients feel energized with more vitality.
Tiredness – the body responds by needing more sleep so it can rest and repair.
Emotional releases may result in crying, laughing and feelings of peace.
A more active digestive system.
More clarity of thought.
Release of stress and feeling more in balance.
Increased skin activity and or perspiration.
Frequent urination and or detoxification.
Most people find it helpful to flush their system by drinking three glasses of water after a session.
Many clients have reported improvement with different physical or emotional ailments
