Accountability Coaching

Sometimes, even if you know what you need to do to achieve your goals, there can be a disconnect between the knowledge you have and actually getting yourself to apply it. With weekly check-ins, I can help you set goals and be accountable about your progress toward them each week.

There are so many ways we can structure coaching, and I want to make sure I tailor your experience to fit your unique needs. Please schedule a consultation call with me if this is something you’re interested in. For personal health and fitness goals I have a standard $30/week rate. This includes checking in with me once a week via a form on my website. I will receive a copy of your check-in, read through it, and respond. Check-ins happen on Sundays (reporting on the previous week—Sunday-Saturday). I respond to all check-ins on Mondays. I will respond with a detailed email addressing your unique concerns. I will also be available to you via email whenever you need anything, and will do my best to get back to you as soon as possible.

For all other types of coaching, please schedule a consultation with me so we can structure something that will fit your needs/goals the best!
