How does hypnosis work?
Everyone has the ability to be hypnotized if they would like to be. In fact, you’ve probably been hypnotized already. Have you ever driven home from work and by the time you pulled into your drive realized that you don’t really remember the most of the drive? This is a form of hypnosis. Hypnosis is a powerful state that allows your mind to make impactful changes in your unconscious. These positive, permanent changes can help you reach your goals. All that’s required is your willingness to follow my directions.
Will hypnosis work for me?
YES. Whatever you have heard about hypnosis out in the world has probably been skewed negatively. For example, the belief that hypnosis is something that is done to you is false. Hypnosis is a “do-with” process. If you can follow instructions, you can be hypnotized.
Are sessions in-person or online?
Online sessions are just as effective as in-person sessions. Even if you’re local, you can choose to have online sessions. I conduct online sessions via Zoom, so you’ll want to make sure you have a Zoom account on your computer or your phone, and that you have a good internet provider so our connection is strong.
Does it really work? It sounds too good to be true.
Absolutely. I’ve seen it transform the lives of friends, family members, my trainers, and my clients. It has definitely transformed me as well. I look forward to seeing it in your life.
How long do sessions last?
It depends on the individual and what their concerns may be, but usually one session lasts from 60-90 minutes.
Is hypnosis safe?
Of course! Hypnosis has never hurt anyone. It can relax and calm the body.
How many sessions will it take?
Anywhere from one to five is average. Individuals and their problems are unique.
