Terms & Policies
RESERVATION POLICIES:
If you book a Zoom session for hypnotherapy the full session fee is due at the time of your booking. If you miss your appointment you forfeit the session fee. You may cancel or reschedule your session for no additional fee up to twenty-four hours before it begins. If you have an emergency please contact me and we can work something out.
Sessions are billed based on time. Most first sessions require 90 minutes—please plan and book accordingly. You may reserve a session as far in advance as the calendar will allow. Please email me at khailohwellness@gmail.com with any questions or concerns.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
You may cancel or reschedule your appointment at any time. If you give 24 hour notice, you will receive your payment back in full. If you need to cancel within 24 hours of your appointment you forfeit what you paid. I appreciate your understanding and respect for my time.
INTAKE FORM & DISCLAIMER:
When you schedule your appointment you will receive an email with a link to an intake form. Please fill it out as completely as possible. The more information I have about you, the better our session will go. This form will only ever be seen by me and is completely confidential.
Please make sure you read this disclaimer before our session as well.
FACILITIES:
Please make sure that you have a quiet place where you will be uninterrupted if you are booking via Zoom. All in-person sessions will be held in my home office. If you book an in-person session, I will send you my address along with the link to your intake form. Please do no arrive more than five minutes early for your appointment.
MEDICAL CONCERNS:
As the disclaimer states, I am not a doctor or licensed psychologist. If you have medical concerns you should discuss them with your doctor for treatment. If you have questions about how hypnotherapy could affect your health or any medical issues you have, please consult your doctor before your session.
