RESERVATION POLICIES:

Sessions can be books in person or via Zoom. If you reserve a time spot, a forty dollar ($40.00) fee is due at the time of your reservation. If you miss your appointment for any reason, you forfeit the reservation fee. Once the session is complete, the rest of your fee is due. Sessions are billed based on time. Most first sessions require 1.5-2 hours, please plan and book accordingly. You may reserve a session as far in advance as the calendar will allow. CANCELLATION POLICY:

You may cancel your appointment at any time. If you give 24 hour notice, you will receive your deposit back in full. If you need to cancel within 24 hours of your appointment you forfeit your deposit. Thanks for understanding.

INTAKE FORM & DISCLAIMER:

When you schedule your appointment, I will email you a link to your intake form. Please fill it out as completely as possible. The more information I have about you, the better our session will go. This form will only ever be seen by me and is completely confidential.

Please make sure you read the disclaimer before our session as well.

FACILITIES:

Please make sure that you have a quiet place where you will be uninterrupted if you are booking via Zoom. All in-person sessions will be held in my home office unless we discussed a different place. If you book an in-person session, I will send you my address along with the link to your intake form. Please do no arrive more than five minutes early for your appointment.

MEDICAL CONCERNS:

As my disclaimer states, I am not a doctor or licensed psychologist, if you have medical concerns you should discuss them with your doctor for treatment. If you have questions about how hypnotherapy could affect your health or any medical issues you have, please consult your doctor before your session.
