Prepare for your session

After you book a session, pay attention to the thoughts and emotions that arise, as the unconscious mind may bring things to the surface that are asking to be resolved. I suggest writing down the things that come to mind as you await our time together. Please be sure to check your email for the link to your intake form and a Zoom link before your session. Please be on time and in a peaceful environment where you feel relaxed.
