A New Path to Change: Hypnotherapy

The past couple of years were hard on everyone, and I was no exception. I’m not sure what it was about the pandemic, but it brought up trauma I thought I had worked through and healed from, old habits I thought were long broken, and sides of myself I had determined would never come out again. I was overwhelmed, angry, depressed, and at times even suicidal. Then I found hypnotherapy.

I felt I had exhausted all resources and that’s when my life was changed forever. I had never even heard of hypnotherapy before, but just hearing about a friend’s experience was enough to make me want to try it. I was that desperate. And now, looking back, I’m glad I was. I would have never discovered this amazing tool if I hadn’t been. I am so grateful I gave it a try. I can’t explain the difference in how I feel. It’s definitely something that has to be experienced.

Footzoning

 

Do you feel like your body needs a reset? Footzoning accesses nerve endings on your feet to help your body find a state of balance (homeostasis). It may help you feel more relaxed, centered, grounded, aligned, clear, or focused. Your body knows how to heal itself, foot zoning may help your mind-body connection become stronger, and allow your body to begin or resume healing that has been thrown off by stress, illness, or other environmental factors.
